Barolo, a restaurant bar located in the high-tech valley of Petah Tikva, is destined to bring life to the local scene. Barolo, named after the king of wines in Northern Italy, is the now place to be, boasting an excellent bar, exceptional cuisine under the direction of Chef Jackie Dabah, exciting decor and ambiance. Barolo's owner Yaniv Oberkowitz promises to make Barolo the most exciting place to be in Petah Tikva.

Barolo, designed by architect Binyamin Mamiya (Benjo), who also designed Paula and Okinawa restaurants, is divided into 2 spaces. The inside space, rising to a height of 6 meters, is dominated by a central bar and floor to ceiling wall of wines. The DJ station looks down from a gallery above the kitchen on the walls painted shades of brown for a feeling of elegance and warmth, niches with black leather sofas and a giant plasma screen for the sports lovers. Outside is a spacious wooden deck for those who want to partake of a local cosmopolitan culinary experience.

Barolo is proud of their well-stocked bar – from domestic and foreign wines to summer cocktails. The alcoholic beverages accompany the light and tasty dishes at the bar. Oberkowitz's goal is to have the bar staff become personally acquainted with the regulars, to make them feel at home.

Chef Jackie Dabah ran the kitchen at places such as "Erlich". "Up Caffe" and the new "Mona" and now oversees the kitchen at Barolo. Dabah puts together classic dishes with delicate touches of Italy, using the finest, freshest ingredients, as well as his own breads and desserts.
